A Citizen's Arrest is the forcible detaining of an individual suspected of having committed a crime by a person who is not a police or otherwise certified law enforcement officer. I understand my rights to apprehend a perpetrator (take a picture) and read them their rights (upload it to the world wide web) in order to restore justice to humanity.
